Buy With Confidence Scheme

Acorn Garage Doors Ltd is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the status of ‘Approved Trader’ under the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence Scheme.

Launched in May 2004 to promote honest, reliable businesses in East Sussex, the Scheme helps the consumer to avoid cowboy tradesmen by checking companies and their staff, for their compliance to the law and their quality of work and customer service.

This is monitored by you the consumer, with a customer feedback form which will be given to you at the completion of any work done so that you can have your say. Any complaints are monitored by Trading Standards and if the issue cannot be resolved they offer mediation to help remedy the situation.

To ensure your safety and peace of mind, all Acorn staff that may be working in or around your home have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
